The Diploma of Cosmetic Tattooing is a comprehensive qualification made up of core units and elective units, allowing you to tailor your training pathway to your goals and interests.

To achieve the Diploma, you must successfully complete:

• 4 core units
• 5 elective units

There are no formal entryrequirements for this qualification.

• Basic Language, literacy and numeracy skills in English (LLN)
• Victorian Student Number (VSN) – Victoria only
• Unique Student Identifier (USI) – Australia wide
• Access to a functional pc or tablet device with video recording capabilities, internet access and Chrome internet browser.

Unique Student Identifier (USI) – Australia wide:

A USI is a reference number made up of numbers and letters. It creates a secure
online record of your nationally recognised training that you can access
anytime and anywhere, and it’s yours for life.

To receive a Statement of Attainment when completing your
course, you will need to give us a copy your USI number. Creating a USI is
free.

To obtain your Diploma in Cosmetic Tattooing, you must
complete:

• 4 core units
• 5 elective units (selected from the available options)

1. SHBBCOS001 Provide cosmetic tattooing consultations
2. SHBBCOS002 Apply knowledge of colour theory and pigmentology to cosmetic tattooing
3. SHBBCOS003 Incorporate elements and principles of design to cosmetic tattooing
4. SHBBSSC004 Identify the function and structure of skin and hair for cosmetic tattooing

• SHBBCOS007 Provide cosmetic tattoo for scalp micropigmentation
  SHBBCOS008 Provide 3D nipple areola complex tattooing

Group B: Choose Remainig units

• BSBESB404 Market new business ventures
• BSBESB406 Establish operational strategies and procedures for new business ventures
• BSBESB407 Manage finances for new business ventures
• BSBSUS511 Develop workplace policies and procedures for sustainability
• SIRXMKT002 Use social media to engage customers

Blended both face to face training and online component.

Your Diploma will be awarded once all 4 core units and 5 electives have been
successfully completed.

Practical Training session are to be dicsused with your trainer.

Online work can be completed anywhere and anytime.
