Legislative Requirements

EZE Training Pty Ltd operates under a range of legislation related to training and assessment, as well as general business practices. This legislation governs our obligations as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), our responsibilities to students, and regulations specific to the industries we provide training for.

Legislation is subject to regular updates, and all staff are notified of any changes.

Exclusions and Limitations

The information provided by EZE Training Pty Ltd is offered on an "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZE Training:

  • Makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of course materials, whether provided by EZE Training, its affiliates, or third parties.
  • Is not liable for any damages arising from participation in training, including but not limited to:
    • Direct losses
    • Loss of business or profits
    • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

EZE Training does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, where such exclusions are not legally permitted. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

ProMedCo  - Delivery and Shipping Terms

EZE Training partners with ProMedCo Pty Ltd for all consumable and equipment orders.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, with most deliveries arriving within 3–5 business days, depending on location.
Free shipping applies to orders over $200 (inc. GST). Orders under this amount incur a flat fee of $19.95.
Please note: bulky items, autoclaves, and deliveries to rural or remote areas may attract additional shipping charges.

1. Overview of Promotion

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made during the promotional period to receive the discount.

  • Discount does not apply to deposit-based enrolments or instalment plans unless otherwise specified.

  • If a payment plan is offered, the discount applies only to eligible course fees, not to deposits.

8. Combining Offers

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, coupon code, or promotional offer unless explicitly stated.

9. Changes to the Promotion

EZE Training reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice if required for operational or business reasons.

HLTINF005 – Infection Control Course Sale Terms & Conditions

  1. Sale Period: The 30% discount is valid from Feb 13–16, 2026 only. Enrollments outside these dates will not be eligible.

  2. Eligibility: Offer applies to new enrollments only for the HLTINF005 – Maintain Infection Prevention for Skin Penetration course.

  3. Payment: Full payment must be completed at the time of enrollment to secure the discount.

  4. Non-Transferable: Discount is valid for the enrolled student only and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.

  5. Access: All students receive 3 months’ access to the course from the date of enrollment.

  6. Refunds: All sales during the promotional period are final. No refunds or extensions are available, except at EZE Training’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

  7. Course Completion: Certificates will only be issued after successful completion of all course requirements.

  8. Changes: EZE Training reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.

Terms & Conditions – 2026 Body Piercing Course Sale

  1. Promotion Period
    The 25% discount on EZE Training 2026 Body Piercing courses is valid from 23 March 2026 to 27 March 2026, inclusive. Bookings made outside this period are not eligible for the discount.

  2. Eligible Courses
    The promotion applies to the following courses only:

  • Specialist Body Piercing Course

  • Upper Body Piercing Course

  1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment or an approved payment plan must be completed at the time of booking to secure the discounted price.

  • All standard booking policies, deposits, and payment terms apply.

Promotional Terms & Conditions – 10% Off Beginners Cosmetic Tattoo Course

The following terms apply to the 10% off promotion for the Beginners Cosmetic Tattoo Course offered by EZE Training Pty Ltd.

1. Promotion Period
This promotion applies to enrolments for the Beginners Cosmetic Tattoo Course scheduled for April 21–24, 2026. The promotion may be withdrawn or amended by EZE Training at any time without notice.

2. Discount Application
The 10% discount applies only to the standard course tuition fee of $7,500 AUD, reducing the course cost to $6,750 AUD.

3. Trainer Fees
The $1,500 trainer fee (applicable in all states except QLD) is not included in the 10% discount and must be paid in addition to the discounted course fee.

4. Eligibility
The promotion is available to new enrolments only and cannot be applied to previous enrolments, existing payment plans, or students already registered in the course.

5. Payment Options
Standard payment options remain available including Afterpay, ZipPay, PayPal, credit card, and direct deposit, subject to the terms and approval of each payment provider.

6. Course Requirements
Students must hold or complete HLTINF005 – Maintain Infection Prevention for Skin Penetration Treatments prior to attending practical training. If students do not currently hold this qualification, EZE Training can assist with enrolment.

7. Course Structure
The course includes online theory (up to 3 months access) and 5 days of in-person practical training. Students are encouraged to complete the majority of online learning prior to attending practical training.

8. Dates and Locations
Practical training dates and locations are arranged directly with the assigned trainer and may vary depending on availability.

9. Non-Transferable
This promotion cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other discounts or offers unless stated otherwise by EZE Training.

10. General
EZE Training reserves the right to amend course schedules, trainers, or delivery methods if required to ensure the quality and delivery of training.

EZE Training – Infection Control Flash Sale Terms & Conditions

  1. Sale Period
    The 15% discount on Infection Control courses applies from 12:00 AM AEST on May 12, 2026, to 11:59 PM AEST on May 14, 2026.
  2. Eligible Courses
    The discount applies to the following nationally accredited courses only:
  • HLTINF005 – Maintain Infection Control in Skin Penetration Treatments
  • SHBBINF002 – Maintain Infection Control
  1. Discount Details
  • 15% off the standard course price.
  • Discount applies at the time of enrolment through our website.

  1. Access & Duration
  • All courses remain fully online and self-paced.

  1. Refunds & Cancellations
  • Standard EZE Training refund and cancellation policies apply.

EOFY Sale – Terms & Conditions

The EOFY Sale offers 15% off selected EZE Training courses only, valid from June 22nd – June 30th, 2026. Discount applies to full course payments only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

Eligibility

• Offer applies only to selected courses included in the EOFY promotion
• Discount is not available on deposits or partial payments
• Standard course entry requirements still apply
• Discount cannot be applied on top of any existing sale or promotional pricing

Exclusions

This promotion does not apply to:

• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

• Webinars
• Books and learning materials

Refunds & Transfers

• All course payments are subject to EZE Training’s standard refund policy
• Refunds are not available for change of mind once course access has been granted or training has commenced
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable
• Courses may be transferred or rescheduled in line with EZE Training’s standard enrolment policies, subject to approval
• Promotional discounts do not increase or alter any refund entitlement
