Richard Anthony – CEO of EZE Training & Head Trainer
With over 30 years of experience, Richard is a renowned industry leader who has helped thousands of professionals master their craft and elevate their careers.
As Head Trainer, he combines real-world expertise, innovative teaching, and a results-driven approach. Now also offering coaching, Richard ensures every student gains practical skills, industry insights, and the confidence to succeed.
Samee Jade – Senior Piercing Trainer
Starting her career as a young apprentice in 2008, Samee quickly rose through the ranks to management in the piercing industry. Now a teacher and mentor at EZE Training, she is passionate about coaching and developing students' confidence and skills throughout their careers. Samee takes pride in being a supportive mentor, guiding students every step of the way.
Jaz Anna – Master piercer and tattoo artist with expertise in infection control.
Jaz has been an integral part of EZE Training since its start. As a Master Piercer and Tattooist, she brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for the industry. She plays a key role in mentoring and supporting our trainers while ensuring that learners stay up to date with the latest techniques and best practices. With her unique blend of technical expertise and real-world insight, Jaz is a vital resource for both students and the industry as a whole.
Leigh Webb – Cosmetic tattooist with 30 years of experience.
Leigh Webb is a highly skilled cosmetic tattooist with 30 years of experience. She has trained extensively across Australia and New Zealand sharing her vast knowledge of cosmetic tattooing. In addition to her training and mentoring work, Leigh is the proprietor of a luxurious spa in Bali, where leading a team of 15 staff members, each carrying forward her expertise and dedication to excellence.
Caitlin James - Our SMP expert.
Caitlin James, founder of SMP Australia, is a top Scalp MicroPigmentation (SMP) artist with 20 years in the beauty industry, including a decade in hair transplant surgery. Since 2015, she has trained globally, earning multiple awards for her natural SMP techniques. A speaker at major international conferences, she also provides top-tier SMP training in Australia. Her accolades include "Best SMP Artist Australia" and "Best International SMP Artist." In 2025, she will train at New Zealand’s International Master Class
