Refund policy
All Accredited and Non-Accredited Course Fees and Charges
All fees and charges for Accredited and Non-Accredited courses are clearly outlined during the enrolment process.
These charges are detailed in:
- The Enrolment Form
- The EZE Training website (course-specific)
- The Student Handbook
Students are responsible for reading and understanding these fees before enrolling.
Cancellations and Withdrawals. Students may withdraw from or cancel a course at any time. However, unless the student is eligible for a refund under the terms below, any unpaid fees remain due and must be paid within 14 days of cancellation or withdrawal.

Administration Fee
If a refund is approved, a non-refundable Administration Fee of $250 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refund Exclusions
EZE Training is not liable to refund fees if a course is postponed, interrupted, or cancelled due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Changes in government regulations
- Power shortages or blackouts
- Industrial actions, strikes, or disputes
- War or hostilities
- Epidemics, pandemics, or outbreaks of disease
- Severe weather events
- Acts of God or other unforeseeable circumstances
Limitation of Liability and Refund Cap
Under no circumstances will EZE Training be required to refund any amount exceeding the fees actually paid by the student. To the extent permitted by law, EZE Training excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by a student. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to either:
- Re-supplying the course, or
- Covering the cost of re-supply, at EZE Training’s discretion.
Trainer Fees for Face-to-Face Training - For Cosmetic Tattoo Courses Only
For students attending face-to-face training outside Queensland, an additional Trainer Fee of $1,500 applies.
This fee is non-refundable.
Refund Applications
To apply for a refund, the student must submit a written request within 14 days of cancellation or withdrawal.
How to Apply for a Refund
Applications must be submitted by email to the CEO within 14 days of the withdrawal/cancellation date. Email this through to info@ezetraining.com.au

- Contact details (phone, email, home address)
- Course name
- Course date
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting evidence (if applicable)
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of approval. Processing may be delayed if the application is incorrect or incomplete.
