Training is delivered in accordance with relevant Commonwealth and State/Territory legislation, Australian Standards and industry codes of practice, ensuring students develop safe and professional treatment practices.

This unit applies to cosmetic tattoo professionals working in salons, clinics and cosmetic tattoo environments and is ideal for those looking to expand their skills in lip blush and cosmetic tattoo lip treatments.

Prerequisites

To enrol into this unit, students must have completed the required four core cosmetic tattoo units as well as HLTINF005 – Maintain Infection Prevention for Skin Penetration Treatments (Infection Control Certificate).

Course Summary

SHBBCOS005 – Provide Cosmetic Tattoo for Lips is a nationally recognised unit combining online learning and practical training to develop the skills required to perform professional cosmetic tattoo lip treatments.

Learn consultation, lip mapping, design, treatment techniques and aftercare practices to deliver safe and professional cosmetic tattoo outcomes.

Student Requirements

  • Basic Language, literacy and numeracy skills in English (LLN)
  • Victorian Student Number (VSN) – Victoria only
  • Unique Student Identifier (USI) – Australia wide
  • Access to a functional pc or tablet device with video recording capabilities, internet access and Chrome internet browser.
