Course Summary

SHBBCOS002 – Apply Knowledge of Colour Theory and Pigmentology to Cosmetic Tattooing is a nationally recognised unit designed to develop your understanding of pigment selection, colour theory, skin undertones and colour correction techniques used in cosmetic tattooing.

Completed online and self-paced, this unit helps cosmetic tattoo professionals make informed pigment choices for safe and professional treatment outcomes.

Course Prerequisites

No prerequisites are required to enrol in or complete this course.

  • Basic Language, literacy and numeracy skills in English (LLN)
  • Victorian Student Number (VSN) – Victoria only
  • Unique Student Identifier (USI) – Australia wide
  • Access to a functional pc or tablet device with video recording capabilities, internet access and Chrome internet browser.
