BSBHRM415 – Coordinate Recruitment and Onboarding is a nationally recognised unit designed to develop skills in sourcing candidates, assessing suitability and implementing effective onboarding processes.

Completed online and self-paced, this unit supports business owners and professionals to confidently manage recruitment and new team member processes.

No prerequisites are required to enrol in or complete this
course.

• Access to a functional pc or tablet device with video recording capabilities, internet access and Chrome internet browser.
